Website Reconstruction is Finished! March. 1, 2009 Everyone's profiles have been transferred to this section of the site, however all the passwords have been reset. To fix, click on the "forgot password" link, fill in your email/username info, then check your email! If you can't get to your email, send your username AND old password to andyadmin@animalcrossingbay.com and I'll set it up for you within 24 hours with your old password. On to more exciting news, after much hard work, the ENTIRE website has been redesigned with more features! If you need to go to your old account to get your pictures from your profile, a link to the old front page will be available for 1 month before I take it down. The list of new features here include: Better profiles! They have a cleaner layout, you have an input area for friend codes (viewable only by friends), and there's a media box for you to put youtube videos or musicplayers! New, Better Blog system! These blogs are moderated by our ACBay Rangers now, so post nicely! New Chatroom! The old chat has been replaced by a much faster one that can handle an unlimited number of people without slowing down! Weekly Polls! The polls no longer run monthly, they'll change weekly! Additionally, you can post comments on the polls now to share your thoughts.
Guides & Extras Link! (ready in a couple more days) In this new link will be listed all of the wild world guides, city folk guides (added as they're created), walkthroughs and video tutorials for using this website, youtube videos about animal crossing made by the site admin, an area you can apply to join the ACBay Moderation/Coders Team, and in the upcoming months there will be more features to come!
New subcategorized moderation groups to better help and support this website and all of its members! Descriptions of their tasks will be listed in the Guides & Extras link at the top of the page once it's ready. |
