The Bright Nights happen but only once a year, for an entire week. When you walk outside, you'll notice all your neighbors have lights all over their houses! The neighbors are competing to have the best light-decorated house, and you get to be the judge! Just let Tortimer know who you pick as winner, then also talk to the neighbor you chose, and sometimes they'll give you a gift in return!
