Tortimer is in front of the Town Hall again, this time giving out party poppers to celebrate the New Year! Just like the fireworks show, he has infinite supply of these so feel free to party all you want popping these around! There will be a countdown to show when the New Year comes, so be sure to be looking out at the top of the screen when the countdown comes to an end to see the fantastic fireworks show!

Just like the fireworks show, Tortimer will only give you more poppers if you don't have any in your inventory, so drop each one you receive if you want to save some for later!
