Celeste is Blathers younger sister, who works in the Observatory in the second floor of the Farway museum. Speaking with Celeste will allow you to view, edit and create your own constellations. She will also advise the best viewing times for the constellations. Just like Blathers, she sleeps during the day - but unlike Blathers, she only needs to work in the night!
