Pascal is a red otter that's a bit of a hippie. He can be found standing around the shore-line and upon talking to him, he'll share a quick bit of his wisdom with you and give you a piece of Pirate furniture before diving back into the ocean. Pascal is your only way to get this furniture as it's not for sale by Tom Nook.
