Pelly's Other Half...

Phyllis is the angry, grumpier pelican that works at the Town Hall during the night-time. She is Pelly's sister - the nicer, happier white pelican. Phyllis, in the left side window in the town hall, can help you with things related to the town; like donating to Boondox (a poor poor village where the people eat dirt), and changing the town tune. On the right hand side, she can help you with personal matters, like sending mail, or paying off your home loan.

On the left side window in the town hall, she can tell you the condition of the town and what you can do to improve on it. If you keep the town perfect for two weeks straight, she'll give you the golden watering can!
