A Cat With A Dog's Name

Rover was the cat responsible for determining how your character would look in the beginning of the Animal Crossing game on Gamecube when you would first start your game. He would sit across from you on a train you would take into your town and ask you questions. On the DS version of the game (Wild World), he will only appear at random in the Roost (located in the museum). On the days he comes, he'll come twice the same day; at the times shown above. It's worth taking a look every now and then to see if he's there - he's an interesting cat to get to know!
